After decisions are made, we submit all applications and data (electronically or paper) to the carriers. Once the plans are issued, we review the policy and/or certificate for any errors or inconsistencies.  It is uber important that employees actually get onto the coverage that they elect.  Therefore, after every renewal, we follow up and assist the employer with a billing audit as this is very important to make sure that no employees are left off the coverage. This is crucial since this could be a liability to the employee and the company if left unchecked.

After the Guidance phase and Open Enrollment is complete, it does not end there.  We are your contact for all employee questions and claims issues.  With HIPPA regulations, it is best the employees contact us instead of you to keep employers out of potential hot water.  We encourage monthly or quarterly communications to go over issues and plan claims reporting, if applicable.
