DATA ANALYSIS

In order to pinpoint areas where wellness is needed in your organization, we first need organized data. This is where our state of the art Data Analysis comes into play.  We use data analysis not only to negotiate with the current vendor and with other possible insurers, but PIB also uses data analysis throughout the plan year to measure and pinpoint crucial areas of concern.  This helps us create and promote Wellness programs focusing on these areas of concern. We compare actual vs. forecast, then actively interpret, analyze and recommend solutions based on extensive data analysis.
