About our CEO, Darren Griffith

Darren Griffith is a highly seasoned insurance and Employee Benefits Advisor/Consultant with over 22 years experience in his industry. He currently serves as the CEO of Performance Insurance Benefits, Inc. His insurance career started as a Regional Sales Manager with a reputable insurance company, moved to an Employee Benefits brokerage company, then opened Performance Insurance Benefits, Inc. in September of 2002. Darren prioritizes outstanding service, and has successfully gained the trust and respect of many employers and clients over the years
